Practice Schedule

Summer practice kicks off the week of June 9. Teams will practice on Saturdays at George Mason University and once during the week at either Virginia Revolution Sports Plex in Leesburg or at George Mason University.

James Cramp

Head Coach

James Cramp
Played at Washington College. Coached previously at James Madison High School and Paul VI High School. Won a VISAA championship while coaching at PVI in 2023. Continues to play annual tournaments including Vail, Lake Placid, Ocean City, and Hawaii.

Phoenix Hines

PHines
Played LSM at Christopher Newport University. Was a captain the final two seasons. Was a 3x team All-American, Including a first-team selection senior year. Currently 5th in NCAA Division III career caused turnovers with 187.

Conor Shears

Danny McMinn

Played Attack/Middie at Christopher Newport University. Helped Christopher Newport reach two Final 4's and one Elite 8 throughout his four years. Won 3 state championships at Briar Woods High School and ended career as Virginia's All-Time Assist Leader.
