Practice Schedule
Summer practices kicked off after Memorial Day for youth teams. Teams practice 2-3 times weekly including Saturdays when not in tournament play. Practices are held at George Mason University, Virginia Revolution Sports Plex or Cavs Park in Leesburg.
Tournament Schedule
VLC Youth teams will compete in the spring Greater Howard Club Lacrosse Conference (HoCo). Games begin March 23 for 2031 teams.
