Practice Schedule

Spring practices begin March 6 and will be held at George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. Additional practices in Fairfax &/or Loudoun County will be added.

Thursdays at 7:00--9:00 -- 3/6 & 3/13, GMU #3

Thursday at 6:00--7:00--3/20 GMU #3

Thursdays at 8:00--9:00 -- 3/27 through 5/15, GMU #5

 

 

Tournament Schedule

VLC Youth teams will compete in the spring Greater Howard Club Lacrosse Conference (HoCo). Games begin March 22 for 2029 teams.

Coaches

Eric Kaiser

Head Coach

  • Coach Kaiser is a USA Lacrosse Certified coach who focuses on player growth, development, and preparation for high school lacrosse. His goal is to create a positive, team-focused environment that puts all players in a position to be successful. Additionally, Coach Kaiser implements both high school and college-level concepts to help expand players’ lacrosse IQ and build their overall skillsets.

Background:

  • Coach Kaiser has 11 seasons of youth coaching experience across multiple sports, including at the high school level.
  • Has coached with Herndon-Reston Youth Lacrosse for the past 3 seasons.
  • Attended high school in Maryland and lettered in multiple sports including lacrosse, football, wrestling, and track.
  • While playing high school lacrosse, he gained the unique experience and perspective of playing numerous positions after being requested by coaches to play Midfield, LSM, and Defense, depending on the matchup. Additionally, he performed face-offs and played a FOSO (Face-off, Stay-on) position.
  • Collegiately, Coach Kaiser was a multi-sport athlete playing Division I Football at Elon University, as well as lacrosse.
  • While playing lacrosse in college, he played multiple positions, though, midfield was the primary focus.
  • Post-collegiate, Coach Kaiser played Men’s League Lacrosse on a team sponsored by Lexus of Rockville (MD).

Adam Jackson

AJackson
Adam has been a boys and girls youth lacrosse coach since 2014, has been the Great Falls Lacrosse Commissioner since 2016, and is well versed in Positive Coaching Alliance methods. He has four children actively playing lacrosse today and enjoys playing recreationally in the mens’ masters leagues as a defenseman and midfielder. Adam played Division 1 lacrosse at Radford University, graduating in 1999 as a four year starter and was selected to the North South All-star game as a senior.
