Carlos Bustamante
Coach Bustamante is a Northern Virginia native and graduate of West Springfield HS. He has shared his passion for lacrosse with the youth to high school to men's leagues over the years. Coach Bustamante has coached youth lacrosse in our area, as well as with other local lacrosse club teams. He has an active role in the organization of the Beltway Lacrosse League, as well as a player within the Beltway League and the Virginia Golden Bears. To round out his extensive lacrosse resume, Coach Bustamante is the defensive coordinator for the Oakton HS boys’ lacrosse program, won a VHSL 4A State title in 2021 as an assistant coach at Dominion HS and has been an assistant for VLC 2025 team the last three years.
Tanner Mclelland
Tanner McClelland played defense for four seasons at Randolph-Macon College. He now coaches at Stone Bridge High School in Ashburn, Va.
